I felt like this was a pretty decent run through we played pretty well all around. Dom's solo was killer, as was Nate's, but I feel like over the messed up C chord, Nate could add a little more flavour to it to bring out the color of the chord and make his solo more captivating. But that's just my opinion
Yeah that aux percussion is OK. For the claves (sp?) I think it should be understood that its okay to lay out. That part should just complement the key parts of the groove but like for the solos its distracting to here that same busy pattern over and over because it stands out so much. Other than that I think this was pretty good for our first stab at it in a month or so.
